5 x 5 question

Can the 5x5 be performed 3 days in a row? I do mixed martial arts on tuesday, wednesday, and thursday which has slight conditioning which does not allow me to work out those days.
 
Don't do it, at least to maximum intensity.

If you are experienced and know your recovering ability, then go for it, but since you are asking this question I would gamble that you don't.

If you push the intensities during the 5x5 and run it three days in a row, you may not make it past the first week. If you must do this, keep the weights light and work up on expanding your work capacity.

One more if. If you put all this stuff together, and are burned out when you are hitting the MMA mats you are at high risk for injury.
 
i have a lot of experience but just wondering if other people tried it......i guess i will just stick to my 4 day 30 min a workout routine or do the recomded strength training routine from my mma trainer
