5 x 5 question?

Are you only supposed to do 1 exercise 5x5 per day? I thought that this was what needsize first posted.

or do you do 1 5x5 exercise for each body part... ie.
Chest/tri day
Do flat bench 5x5... or do flat bench 5x5 AND skullcrushers 5x5 ?
 
One 5x5 heavy compound movement for each bodypart. 5x15 for calves. Wrists don't get 5x5.

Ideal 5x5 Movements
Back - Deadlifts, Widegrip Chins
Chest - Incline/Flat Bench
Biceps - Standing BB Curls
Triceps - Closegrip Bench
Quads - ATF Squats, Box Squats
Calves - Standing Heel Raises (5x15)

Wrists, neck and hams should get 2x8-10.
Don't do 5x5 with rows - just my opinion, but I feel that puts you at risk for injury.

The program's not that hard to understand, I don't get why everyone is always confused. Oh well.
