well........ its the mid point in week 3 and im up 2 pounds. I can already see the difference in my arms and abs especially. I feel great and the weight gain seems VERY clean. A bit off topic is the fact that standing pullovers from an overhead cable machine are GREAT for your abs!!!! (u know the chest exercise) . Just keeping you all posted. Starting creatine today..... should help it come along also!!!!!
