Posting this here because I need a quick answer 
I just completed my 5th week on a keto diet, just trying something new instead of the conventional CKD. Today is the end and I just had a banana as I know you should have fruit an hour or so before you start eating carbs again.
Is that all I should do, or is there something else I should eat before hitting the bread?
