WODIN said:Hang tight HI. The first thing you don't want to do when you start back is going balls to the wall and trying to recover faster than your body will allow. I've done this and I've seen many a good man do this when coming off an injury.

i've seen this too, my husband went thru this when he hurt his ankle, its best to slowly ease back into it so you don't injure yourself!

Today, I'm training with a sprain on the lateral side of my left wrist, a knee that isn't 100% and a back that has 2 compressed vertebre in the middle of my back....
I know how hard this must be for someone with your dedication to bodybuilding... it's like a really bad nightmare...
