5 weeks enough to lose extra flab?

I'm 15, 5'8, 155, and like a 31, 32 inch waist and have put on some pretty good muscle in the last few months and want to go back to school looking like cut, ripped, instead of all bulky/chunky looking, can anybody help me out with a diet or somthing? i also wanna lose some of the extra fat to run faster and jump higher cuz im gonna be playing varsity for my school as a soph and wanna get ahead. Thanks!
 
depending on your bodyfat... it may be possible... If youare around 12-13% right now... you could get down to 6-8% in 5-6 weeks no problem... burning about 2-2.5 lbs. per week should get you there... that would be a caloric defecit of 500-600 calories and about 500 calories burned during cardio 5x per week and lifting... it should not be a problem... 6 weeks you could do it for sure... 5 it's possible... you could get down to 140-145...
