I'm 15, 5'8, 155, and like a 31, 32 inch waist and have put on some pretty good muscle in the last few months and want to go back to school looking like cut, ripped, instead of all bulky/chunky looking, can anybody help me out with a diet or somthing? i also wanna lose some of the extra fat to run faster and jump higher cuz im gonna be playing varsity for my school as a soph and wanna get ahead. Thanks!
