5 shakes a day? What do you think of this during a cutting cycle?

I will be using Masteron and Clen.

My buddy told me I should take in 5 shakes a day with flax oil and I will be shredded. Anyone ever try a liquid diet like this?
 
becareful that you dont get kidney stones with all them shakes.....drink ALOT of water or else the doctor is gonna be using a laser in your weiner hole to zap them fuggas!

you would do better eating 5 meals a day vs 5 shakes...the digestion process of "real food" has a higher thermogenic effect than having to digest liquid foods.

Exactly. Two shakes per day tops. You should be eating real food.
 
I think drinking a lot of distilled water and eating some very lean sodium-free meat + flax will get you good results if you want to drop water.

I also feel like many protein powders don't digest right and may cause some water retention and bloating, etc. I don't have any proof of this, though.
 
5 shakes a day is almost impossible to do. Try it for 5 days and you will see. You'll be craving anything with some substance after the first day. Just eat regular meals instead. protein is protein no matter what source it comes from. plus a can of tuna is a lot cheaper than most proetein shakes
