Can you give me an idea of what dose of each

and what time I should take these two for maximum results.

With 5htp you need no more then 100mg/day. I've been taken it for about a year and I take 50mg before I go to bed.

What are you taking 5-HTP for? Depression, cravings control, or insomnia? The dose varies for each. For anything other than a sleep aid, 50-100mg on an empty stomach is a good dose. Double that if you want to be knocked out.
