I'v heard alot of people talking about this and have no clue what it is all about, Anyone that came explain how this works I would be thankful. I'v heard of great results in streaght from this.

For bodybuilding? I wouldn't do it... If your a bodybuilder you don't strive for endurance or strength, you strive for muscle. Which would be 3 sets of 6-8 reps.
