4wk psycho cycle.

Me and my gym partner have decided to sign up for a local amateur competition ... Since the real shows begin for us in the late autumn we figure it would be wise to do 1 or 2 trial shows mainly to test our newly planned carb loading technique.

Starting today:

1-4 50mg halotestin / day
1-4 100mg masteron / day
1-4 100mg tren ace / day
1-4 50mg test prop / day
1-4 5mg exemestane / day
1-2 80mcg clenbuterol / day
2-4 120mcg clenbuterol / day
1-4 100mcg T3 / day
1-4 .25mg pramipexole / day

Diet:
cycling protein only and keto days. Example:
Day 1: 50% protein, 50% fats
Day 2: protein + veggies only

Calories fixed @ 2500/day

Workout routine stays as usual.

Aiming to get that glute and quads striations out 100% this time. I'm almost sure I can finally do it this time :D

I'll keep you guys updated.
 
dang that is a psycho cycle. I hope you have all your ducks in a row and have at least tried similar doses before.

I have done several cycles similar to this in the past, so no worries. I know exactly what to expect.

Halo is a unique steroid. I can feel the full effect just hours after taking my first dose. You have to learn how to control the constant rage else it can be very dangerous to use lol.
It's not like tren at all. Sure tren gives me aggression to but not comparable in any way... It's like when I get pissed tren will potentiate it. But with halo I get the constant psycho almost serial killer like mentality lol.
 
I thought you just came off a similar longer cycle just a couple weeks ago? This short little cycle looks insane. I don't know what I'd think putting that many compounds in my body. But i'm not as serious as some you guys. Good luck.

I like your diet a lot, in fact i will be running that diet myelf next cycle. good fats, green veggies, protein.

you said in another thread (my gear thread) that you fast 10 hours straight or something though, now i see how you get away with that with all those compounds. in the future lets add a disclaimer to your posts so newbs don't run out and try to copy you.

good luck on this cycle.. what are your current stats? if you are a shorter dude you will blow away your competition if that is you in your avi after this cycle

We should make a sticky about the importance of proper nutrition while on cycle! This will save so many problems for most of the users .. I see it happen all the time.
The 2 single most important things to stay healthy on cycle:
1. Proper nutrition - mainly eating enough VEGETABLES and other plant foods
2. Either FASTING or doing ENOUGH CARDIO. Both will give you about the same benefits. (CV health, improved cholesterol etc etc)


I'm 6'0 , 250lbs

Question....do you ever do extended fasts on certain days (over 16 hours)? Me and a few of my fellow IFers do that on occasion during low cal cardio days for extended fat burning up to about the 20 hour mark (with BCAAs) with a 4 hour feed. Just curious on your thoughts

I often do 48 hour fasts bro and definitely love them. Health wise this is about the best thing you can possibly do. Not to mention the amazing fat burning effect and increased HGH output.
 
The fasting sounds really interesting. How exactly does it work, is this the best way of burning fat? Wat type of meal do you eat after the fast?
Do you always run aas, stims t3 etc whilst using this method?

About the stims and T3, no way.

I only use stimulants and T3 in contest prep.
After the fast I eat what I would eat normally, just a bigger amount .. Ofcourse I often have to include more calorie dense foods but that's no problem
 
It looks like you have a very interesting methodology. Do you have any posts on this that I can read? Do you take any substances to help with the fasting?
 
I will be soon be launching a website where I will post my articles about this. Should have been up already but I just didn't find the time in the last weeks.

What do you mean by substances? I like to drink some black coffee during the fast yes :D

I've also tried drinking green tea but just can't do it. It makes me nauseous every time. Does this happen to anyone else?
 
A good website to check out for IF is leangains.com It will give you an idea of how it works. I love not looking at the clock or worrying when I need to eat during the day. Way more productive.

Yes it's a good website ... But I hate that guy Martin Berkhan who claims he "invented" IF. Such bullshit. I've heard the guy charges people up to $1000 for 1 month consultations lol

so you go high protein/high fat and cut carbs for contest prep then back to high protein/high carb/low fat after? but continuously use the IF method? Am i following here?
 
Haha. That pic is a perfect mythbuster right there, about how we need to eat every two to 3 hours or our body will catabolize...lol

but look at all the compounds he takes to stay out of catabolism.

he found a great way to use AAS to his advantage.. i'm gonna do something like this next cycle, it won't be easy as I love food but I have enough discipline to accomplish it.
 
I know quite a few naturals who also do quite well on intermittent fasting....even for building muscle (slowly, but maintaining or losing fat). It's not for everybody, but it is worth looking into.

Steve, I can't really agree with this. Yes, this is hardcore cutting pre-contest cycle but I can do just fine while cruising on 250mg's of test per week and maintain my weight without any problems. Maintaining muscle mass when you are above 10% body fat is easy even when fasting for long periods of time. It's when you get really lean then it becomes a bitch because your body starts fighting against you. But as you seem pretty experienced to me I am pretty sure you have been there, done that and so you probably know what I am talking about.

I see we are quite the opposite here :) I don't like eating at all. In fact I could say I hate food lol. I was a picky eater since I was a kid. It took me a tremendous amount of discipline and force feeding myself to bulk up to my current weight. But my gym buddies tell me that this is exactly what makes me able to diet down to contest shape several times a year .. Even when dieting really hard I barely ever feel any hunger. If I get busy I can easily forget about food for the whole day no matter how lean I am.

Done several cycles with halo over the years the energy, agression, intensity is just crazy it turns you into superman. you see powerlifters and strongmen goin crazy and loosin it at competitions? ya, halotestin all the way. just be careful around people the agression is managable. strength on the other hand, is out of control.

im not seeing why fasting 10 hrs a day will hurt anyone...
calories in vs. calories out... as long as you load up late in the day i seen no issues...
