ANAVAR - days 1 to 40 20mg ED, split 10mg morning / 10mg afternoon
T3 days 1 to 50
Days 1-7 - T3 12.5 mcg
8-15 - T3 25mcg - split 12.5mcg morning / 12.5mcg afternoon
15-22 - T3 50mcg - split 25mcg morning / 25mcg afternoon
23-37 - T3 75mcg - split 25mcg morning / 25mcg afternoon / 25mcg evening

I took a T3 cycle of one of many threads and adjusted it a bit because this being my 4th cycle (first time with T3 compound) and understand it is powerful and not to be taken lightly I am not sure if I will need to hit 100mcg's a day what does everyone think? just looking for a nice lean cycle and to help drop extra bf while dieting and cardio with my workouts.
wondering what anyone would change with this ie Var dosage? missing anything?
Stats: 32 years. 10 yrs training
220lbs

fourth cycle previous, 6wks test prop -var twice, and 6wks test prop with PP's recovery stack 10 yrs training
This site is the best! I have recieved sound advice for my previous cycles and have manage to drop BF and weight was 235lbs @ 20% bf and managed to drop down and gain more strength than I had years ago
, my progress was slowed by lack of cardio after 2nd cycle due to sprained ankle but thats better now and working my way lighter while keepin the muscle.
