4th cycle, 1st for sust

i have a friend getting ready to do there fist cycle with sustanon 250. they have done the following cycles sor far

1st 300mg test prop 8 weeks



2nd 200mg test enth with 20 mg dbol for 8 weeks


3rd cycle 100mg anadrol for 5 weeks 200mg deca for 10 weeks, 400mg test prop for last 4 weeks and 50mg winstrol ED for last 4 weeks,


this time they have 20 amps of sustanon and 30 pills of anadrol, they might use the anadrol, but they were wondering how to run the sust this time to just give big



they are 5'11 180 at %8bf

Since sustonon has two short chain esters in it, propinate and phenly propinate, front loading it with spaced out shots will elevate test levels quicker causing it to take effect faster.
Without front loading you're pretty much wasting the short chain estered test for the first couple weeks because the dose is too small and too spaced out to have an effect.
