Could this be for orders placed between March 20th and March 25th as well as February 9th, 13th, 18th and 22nd?
These was a general shipping issue on these days that paralyzed operations of the top online pharmacies.
It was not only something that affected us, but the whole industry.
ALL the affected customers were given the choice to receive a full refund or to allow us to re-send the order with some sort of compensation bonus.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48h of being received and we see a healthy re-order ratio so do know that overall customers are satisfied.
Nevertheless, there are some cases when, factors which are out of our control, affect our business.
Again, the way we deal with these cases is the key.
