4days on-2 odd?

i have been taking yohinburm df now for 4 days, and i wa wondering cause i thought i sa somewhere that u should go 4day on 2 off with this, is this true, or how is the best way to do it


and i saw that some people where having trouble getting it to all rub in, well im not, it rubs in easy, is there a reason for that
