Start with some background. 49 years old, 5' 10", 195#'s, around 18% BF. Been lifting for 12+ years. Gym schedule 4x/week.
Never used gear.
Goal: Jump start my workouts, lean out a bit, gain some definition and some additional muscle.
Given my age, plus not reacting well to supplements/pills, I'm hesitant to go in too deep. So after some research into side effects, etc I'd like to start a cycle with the least intrusive profile.
I'm thinking Anavar would be a good start, then see where I can go from there.
Any other suggestions? I was thinking 40mg of Anavar for 6 weeks on, then using clomid PCT.
Anyone around my age with other suggestions, or, anything to add to my suggested cycle?
