I've been working out (off and on) since I was 18 years old. From the ages of 39 thru 41 I experimented with Sust 250 but stopped because I did the foolish thing of getting married.

Beings Im no longer married and have been back in the gym for about a year and half my gains have been minimal at best and my stamina isn't anywhere what it was when I was younger. My diets good but I do have to admit to drinking a beer every now and then but as far as alcohol goes that's it.

My question is what should I start out with, how much should I take and more importantly how much is this going to cost me?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

At your age you can either start HRT and/or do a cycle and/or just eat, train and recover.

I think of HRT as low dosage and ongoing ... While a cycle has higher dosages and has a time limit.

I'd say .... Get a complete blood test first so you know what is going on in your body. Include all hormones including test and esto of course.

Look at the results and then ask yourself what your goals are now.

TRT will be keeping your test levels at the high end of normal. This is a balancing of T and E to youthful levels.

Higher doses will constitute a cycle. If this is your choice, 500 mg. of test E will be a good beginning.

I'd stay with safer drugs if you can, as do I based on age. First I'd go doctor supported anti aging clinics if affordable, so they can check everything before, during, and after supplements. Drugs of choice for me are Anavar, EQ, Primobolan. Minimal risk, excellent results.

How is your diet, good? Your sleeping habits? Cutting out smoking/alcohol? Taking a good fat burner or energy drink before the workout?

I don't know what fitness level your at, but my friend and personal trainer looks incredible and doesn't take any illegal steroids, and he's in his late 40s. Watch your diet. Don't count carbs, have complex carbs. Don't count calories, where are those calories coming from? Get a work out partner. Someone to motivate you. If you must take something and don't mind making a bowel movement 3 times a day, take extreme whey protein. It's about $40 per container it'll last you a month.

Change up your routine a bit. Do some new excercises, and get some new equipment. You don't need side effects, you need results.

If you have normal test levels and you have done a cycle or 2 i would consider a test only cycle i'm 49 and i find i feel much better, motivated and focused test e 250mg per week, i've lifted over 30 years i take an AI with it luiquidex. I feel great!
