42yo Rugby Player looking for help

I am a 42yo retired rugby player who recently started HGH and am looking for some help in understanding what I should be taking with it. I was told testosterone was a great add on with the HGH. I am not looking to come out of retirement. I just want to keep my edge, feel better, and stay strong. I need help getting started and would love to PM anyone who can help. I appreciate your time in advance.
 
Just run a hrt dose of test e or c at 200 mg week. That with hgh will have you feeling 18 again in no time. I also suggest cycling hcgenerate ang hcg to keep balls plump.

Have you gotten your bloodwork done? you might qualify for TRT or you might not, get your bloods done first before using anything.
 
I am going in today for bloodwork. I don't expect my numbers to be low for my age, but it's funny, i actually hope they are so i can do TRT, and not have to go looking elsewhere. Thanks for the reply.

At 42 they aren't gonna be great. They might be in range but fuck being at the 3-400 range that blows. I stay above 1000 at all times. I put too much work into this shit to lose gains messing with 300 test levels.
 
to much work into this stuff? i understand that. i've trained for 22 years in a sport i love to watch it fucking disappear overnight. you want to talk about something that pulls the rug out from your life, its called 40. That is why i'm hear. i will tell you, even a short time on the HGH, i definitely feel some fundamental changes. i'm not as stiff, and i feel "on the ball" if that makes sense.

Makes perfect sense. Your reversing your internal clock and feeling young again. Hence why test combined with hgh would highly increase this effect.
 
ok, i think i got a source worked out (not the one i PMed you guys). What should i take with and after the 200mg of TEST C. How many ML do i need to purchase for a full cycle? Thanks for your help.

If your going to cycle then run around 3-500 mg week for 12-16 weeks. If you just want to run a long term hrt with the occasional blast then its permanent. 200 mg week forever besides your blast. For a cycle you would need 3-4 10 ml bottles.

Do i need anything else? You mention the HCGenerate? When and how much should i take of that? HOw about standard supplements. I have been out of the "game" for a while when it comes to keeping up on supplements. I basically do a whey protein shake with 5mg of Creatine, 5mg of Glutamine post workout. Any recommendations for Pre / during / post work out supplements. I really don't want to just start throwing all this shit in my body without easing into it, so if you don't think some of the supplements are that important, than i'll probably stick with what i've been doing.

Haha the ball plumpers was HCG. It will signal your testicles to produce and not shut down and atrophy.

250IU 2 times per week is what I take on TRT. Once on the day of the Test C injection and another two days before the shot.

Yes but I'm sure you will want to do multiple blasts between now and death. 400 mg test a week is a good first blast. Then take 10-12 weeks at cruise dose and blast again when your ready. The hcg and hcgenerate will keep your balls from looking like raisins. I do 4 weeks on and 4-6 weeks off and rotate them. Just follow the dose on the bottle for hcgenerate. For hcg go 250-500 ius twice a week. As far as supps go Id take a good multi, krill oil, coq 10, and on blasts take n2guard. For pre workout I like to have a shake sometimes. I put 2 scoops of protein, tbsp of peanut butter, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup oats, and some fresh fruit( banana, straw berries, blue berries etc) I try different shit and combos on the fruit. I do that about an hour out. 20 min before I go to the gym I take a pre workout( ntkts, forged 1g, or atomic tabs). Post workout I eat a meal high in protein and carbs. I feel food is the best thing post workout and my body responds best that way. You have to find the combo that works for you and it will take some time to figure it out. If you wanna add in different supps at different times then that's gonna be based on current needs.

no, i never got the blood work done. i planned on doing a cycle regardless of what they were. I lost over 20 pounds due to an injury i had (athletic pubalgia), and thought this would be a good start in gaining back the muscle i had lost do to not being able to work out. I had the surgery, and i am back at the gym.
 
i don't know. i am still asking around. i was told i didn't need to start it until week 12. Is that correct. I'll work on getting it this week. Any suggestions would be a big help. I sent you a PM with some questions, i'd love your advice. Thanks again for your time.
 
I need help on PCT. What do you recommend? Also, if i plan on continuing on the TEST for TRT how do i incorporate the PCT items? Also, the HCG i ordered came back to be out of stock. I started the cycle. How long can i go without it? They told me it would follow a week later, now i'm told it won't and i don't have other sources. A bit nervous.

No it is not, nolvadex is garbage and should never be used

What type of testosterone are you taking, Cypionate? enanthate? propionate?

Bro if your staying on you don't need pct. I do suggest running a regular hcg/ hcgenerate protocol.
