chest tnight, went something like this on flat... after warm up, 330 for 10, 425 for 3 this week, and 405 for 4 for the last one. Then incline db presses, weights only go up to 130s though

Not bad for being sick as fuck with my sinus's, although I feel like holy hell now

Hit chest today also, there's some new dude at my gym who makes my 495 at 270 look like poo poo. He's 185, and repping out with 425, must be one of those freaky chest stregth bros. Oh well, chest never was my strong suit. :)
 
i dont wanna deny myself of goals, but i think i could say i'll never bench 400+, and id be pretty well on the mark. other than calves, my chest is probably my worst part
 
I hate you... I was happy with a 345 pr on flat, natural. Got 315 on incline for 3 the other day and my head was swole for a bit. Thanks for the reality check. See you in a year. Let me get a training partner and I won't own you then either haha! Good lifts brother.
