I like to stay around 40-70 grams a day it all depends on your weight though

i don't consider 40g a high fat diet.
for a 2000 cals a day diet, this is only 18%.

haha I havent done anything to get ripped except that quix fix diet in like 6 months so 40 grams is weirding me out.

my low fat days are about 60g, higher fat days are around 80g
