400Mg Crystal DNP

I am about to take DNP for the first time and I have only 400MG Caps(crystal). I realize this is too much to take at once so how would you suggest I deal with this since I do not know how I will react to DNP my first time?

I would try and find some caps of the same size. then split the caps in half. The first time you rty it I would only use 100mg or less to make sure you dont have any allergic reactions or anything.

Go to GNC and purchase a ton of empty gel caps.Empty half of your 400mg caps into each empty one,and start out with no more than 200mgs/day and more importantly,KEEP it there for a good couple of weeks...The crystal is very powerful stuff,not to be taken lightly,be very careful and patient with it,or it will cost you dearly.It's no joke bro...

Zyg, how long would you suggest taking the assesment dosage like that? I'm getting some crystal soon and I want to be as safe as possible

the stuff is pretty granular you could just eye it up, or if you wanted to be real precise could get a small scale and split it that way. 400mg is a health dose depending on your size and due to the complications and allergic reactions that can happy, I would be safe. Death by DNP I am sure is not fun.

I'm getting 200mg caps, but i was wondering about taking the 100mg dose for however many days to make sure i dont have an allergic reaction? Do you suggest only a few days of that or longer?

I'm 6'6" 237 and gaining, doing my first cycle right now - ending week 3 today.

I was getting the DNP for when i come off this cycle, and i was going to use it right before or after i hit up my next cycle...

If ya dont mind wasting a little, just pull a cap apart and empty half out. Thats what I did when I first took it. I would just give the 100mg dose a couple days to see how you react, then goto 200. If you intend to go higher, I would do so in smaller than 200mg increments, thats for sure.

you really dont need to go smaller than 200 mg, if after 4-5 days your body cant handle it you'll know...smaller doses are useless
crystal dnp = powdered dnp only crystal gets absorbed faster, hence unless u were gonna start at 100 mg powdered dnp what is the point of starting at 100 mg crystal dnp

The point is that many experience allergic reactions and even though 200mg is by no means a large dose, if there is a 10% chance you may have a reaction, I would rather find out with 100mg as opposed to 200mg. I didnt think it was that hard to comprehend.

100 mg is not an effective dosages, from what ive read different people have different reactions to different dosages. Start with the minimum effective dosages, 200 mg...B/c its crystal you'll know pretty quick if you have an allergic reaction to it or not...I see no point to starting at a 100 and thinking you have no allergic reaction b/c the dose it to mild so you bump it to 400 and end up in some hospital

Allergic reactions can include hives, blisters, and/or inexplicable rashes. If so desired, another trial may be made at a later date with a lower dosage, but do not attempt to continue the drug cycle at that point.

you could do it while on a cycle, if your doing it off a cycle, i wouldnt reccomend more than 10 days on 200 mg of crystal...fat loss will decrease after this

at least 8 days, but a good rule of thumb would be just like anything else time on = time off.

a word of advice... i know a lot of times with pills a large part of it is a filler...so hopefully the dnp is distrubuted evenly if your pulling pills apart.
