You look pretty good bro - but I think Massivegunz may be a little bit bigger in the arms, chest, and traps.

You should post a pic. We were drinking coors Light, Jack and sours, and red snapper shots all night......the two guys in the pic split a bottle of grey goose b4 we even got to the bars.

Consider yourself lucky to not be hairy.......it's a pain in the fucking ass with all the shaving and waxing and what not.

How about some critiques? What should I work on the most? Personally I think lower chest and bi's.
 
Bobber, Post up your current routine. Nice frame.
 
Chest -
3 sets flat bench
3 sets incline barbell
3-4 sets incilne flys
3 sets cable cross overs from bottom pulleys up
3 sets flat bench flies

I will be starting a new chest routine today to help shape the lower pec a little better and will remove flat bench completely cause it is really fucking up my right shoulder.

Back-
3 sets lat pull downs, low weigh strict movement
3 sets one arm rows heavy as possible
3 sets hammer strength lat pull down thing, starting out with strict form then going to heavy poundage with a slight cheat
3 sets seated rows with tricep extension cord for that extra little pinch at the end

I do traps once every 2 weeks, 3 sets of 20 with the 100 lb DB's cause they grow like weeds and get completely out of proportion if I do them anymore.

legs(very weak point) -
3 sets squats
3 sets leg press
3 sets extensions
3 sets curls

shoulders -
4 sets dumbell shoulder press
3 sets arnold press
3 sets shoulder raises one arm at a time
3 sets front raises sometimes 4

Tri's -
4 sets skull crushers heavy as fuck
3 sets behind the head dumbell press
3 sets tricep extensions with rope
Sometimes I add a few sets of reverse grip tricep pulldowns on the cable machine

Bi's -
3 sets Incline alternating curls
3 sets dumbell curls on preacher seat
3 sets 21's
Sometimes I supplement with some form of curl on the cable machines.

looks like it IS all coming together for you.
 
Nice setup for some variation consider doing a 3-4-4-3 set with 4 exercises per body part. Start on the first exercise with 1 or 2 warmups then go balls out for the remaing workout. No more warmup action.

Inclines Chest work will give a more barrelled look to your chest than flats. Good to see you stay away from declines.

When your shoulder feels better consider flat dbs for 3 sets as well.

For your arms try this

Biceps

Standing Bar Curls 4 sets 6-8 reps
Front Seated DB Curls (same)
Hammers (same)
Cables or Spider Dbs (Same)

Triceps

(same sets and reps as above)

Push Downs
Overhead Pulldowns
One Arm Overhead Db Press

I was thinking about adding the decline today. You don't recommend it? My lower pec just does not look or feel as full as the top. I am also going to try adding the flat DB today maybe with just real low weight working on the contraction at the the top as opposed to just going balls to the wall.

Any help on legs?
