4 on, 1 off split???

Would you think it would not be too much to train on a 4 on, 1 off splits as follows while on cycle:

Day 1- Chest, Triceps, Abs
Day 2- Back, Traps, Calves
Day 3- Shoulders, Biceps, Abs
Day 4- Quads, Hams, Calves
Day 5- Off
Day 6- Repeat

I am not sore at all when it comes time to train each bodypart- I feel like im recovering almost the day after I finish training--- AMAZING!!!!

If it works for you than it's fine. I used to to a similar routine using a four day on 1 day off split.
1 - Back, bis
2- Chest, tris
3 - Legs
4 - abs, calves
5 - off
repeat

It took me a while to figure out that it was not the best for me. I was not getting sore and though that was because I was recovering very fast. However, it turnned out that it was because the 4 on 1 off split was keeping me from getting the most out of each successive workout. I changed it to this:
Mon - Shoulders
Tue - Back, Bis
Wed - rest
Thu - Legs
Fri - Chest, tris
Sat - rest
Sun - abs, calves
