i ran halo for the month long cycle
i didnt really ntoice strength gains until a week into it and weight gain fromt he 2nd week on.
the best stength gains for me were weeks 2 to the week after the cycle finished. and i havent lost any strength and ive kept on the weight.
my situation is alittle dif. tho cuz i was a newbie to the gym. starting weight: 140
ending weight after cycle and current weight: 165
my diet hasnt changed and it was actually poor at the end of the cycle
im debating to do another cycle now tthat ive been lifting for 6 months and see what my gains are like this time.
btw i took 50mg / day
