4 day split on crumb diet?

i am going to start the mod. crumb diet in a few wks., what would be a good 4 day training split?
ex.mon-chest/back
tues.-quads./calves
wed.-off
thurs.-arms
fri.-hams./calves
and abs on training days
would this be a good split or should i do all legs(quads and hams) on one day and give back own day?
p.s. will do cardio 5-7 days a wk. as long as not overtraining! how does this look? critique would be appreciated!
 
your routine

I would take Tuesdays chest routine and keep it all by itself as opposed to training it with an even LARGER muscle group, which would be your back....

train back on thursday and bump your arms out of the equation!

all compound exercises will do u much better than doin tons of sets for a smaller body part, like your biceps

I started working out again 6 weeks ago....I was doin all of them BS exercises like flys and tricep work, and lat pull downs....i made modest gains...but the last 3 weeks, after reading the nuts on this board who know there stuff - I have been doing deadlifts, squats, presses with DB's, and other power/compound movements, and my gains have gone through the roof! I am lookin like someone who has been doin this for years....

btw- i am also on keto diet, no crum's but my own modified atkins
