Needed a confidence booster after my bench workout this week, so i hit the boards hard and heavy.. i did 4 board press w/ doubled minis...
worked up to a double with 225

I need to tuck my elbows more.... they were only tucked a little..
I was gonna go heavier, but im missing a spot of skin on my hand from my 435 deadlift ( had it an inch o two from lockout ) the other day, so i dont awnt to rip it back open.

-- i went to arch after the boards wereon my chest and cought the holder off guard :/
