15 pounds is kinda steep to shoot for. I'd stay off the scale and get in the mirror.
Personally dbol doesn't do jack for me, I'd rather anadrol. And I would run DECA for at least 12 weeks, that's just me, but I don't see it hit until like week 6 depending on the dose. Npp could theoretically give you that extra kick quickly, but the sust itself will do what it does very well.
I'd up my food intake all around, protein, carbs, cals, all of it, more. That's really where the gains lie. The juice is like performance parts, they make the car faster and better, but it still isn't gonna run without gas.
I'd say for.now stay with the plan, eat more, train heavier, and see what it does. Take that into account for the next cycle.
