3rd cycle

EF Brothers,

Im planning my third cycle. Stats 29 yrs/ 190/ 6ft/ <10% BF.

I normally try and keep cycles under 1g, this one will be well over. Any comments on the doses?

Goals are lean bulk. Ill be on a carb cycle, cals slightly over maintenance with cardio.

I also wonder how may bro's have gotten anxiety/ increased hunger from EQ and at what doses?

Week 1-3 20mg ed Dianabol
week 1-14 400mg EQ
week 1-6 500mg Test E
week 6-14 350mg Test E
Week 6-14 400mg Tren E
week 8-14 50mg ED Var

week 6 - 14 HCG 250 iu twice a week till PCT

PCT Nolva, Clomid, Sustain

Im droppin the test to 350 mg at week 6 as it bloats me an I wanna be lean at the end of the cycle. Will start at cycle at 8% BF

Yes, you're right.

You will need to eat more than "just over maintenance" to do a "lean bulk" while still doing cardio.

Up the D-bol to 30mg ED, Don't run the tren that long.

That is A LOT of gear.

I would start this week 4.

I wouldn't run nolva after using tren.

Some a-dex will help with the water.

That's a lot of gear. You could easily bulk on less. I would just run the test, tren and var. Save the rest.
 
I am on 50mgs dbol at the moment a day and 500mgs of test and thankfully with a few supplements and 1/4 tab of letro eod - I have no more retention. If you do not want to bloat but wish to grow, perhaps trying something to stop the bloat?
 
if you're already at 8% you need a lot of cals, be comfortable getting in 9-10% to really achieve your goals. then it should be a cinch to get back down to 8% once you've gone through pct and maintained the majority of your gains.

Yeah bloat is not a major issue - I grow well and remain lean offa 3500 cals. My bmr is 2700. I am lowereing the test 2nd half 1) for water but 2) simply because i wanna keep the weekly dose under 1.5g.

I think maybe the EQ in this cycle is overkill.
