3rd cycle, prop only

Whats up swollmen, this is my third of three short cycles. This current cycle is five weeks of 500ml/week prop only cycle. At week one I gained 1 pound, week two 4 pounds, this third week I lost 5.5 lbs. Has this ever happened to any of you guys before?
Can I gain the weight back and then some in these next two weeks?
 
What is your diet and training program like.... It sounds like your diet is off or SOMETHING... The gear should be real since you've made the gains that you have, so the only thing I foresee as being a problem is your diet or training program...

I agree. If you're doing any cardio, stop. It sounds like you need to up the calories via lean, complex carbs.

I eat every 3 to 4 hours most the time I'm not even hungry. This just doesnt feel like I'm on gear. My first cycle I was always hungry. Maybe I should have just stuck with the dirty enanthate. Guess I'll just try to eat more, I never do cardio either.

does the shots hurt? trying to make up my mind between that brand and the viro one
 
Ok, I have the solution. I don't want to toot my own horn but in this case I will!

I'm just finishing up my 5th cycle which was 100mg of Virormone EOD for 8 weeks. Thats all! Less test than you're doing now...I'm up 10lb. and I'm mid way through week 7 (and this is a "cutting cycle"). Have low cals considering I weigh 290lb.

-Check your training first and foremost. Train heavy, basic compound movements. Try and build some functional strength.

-Did you get sick when you experience weight loss? that could be the reason.

-Vitamins are very important while on a cycle. Take them!

-Drink plenty of water

-Sleep

-If your intentions are to "bulk up" then cut back on your cardio, don't neglect it, but ease up on it.


These are some crucial factors that can affect your cycle. And don't listen to the guys that say in order to gain you have to keep adding more drugs, thats just bullshit. Everyone is different. I'm not saying I have all the answers, but as far as Test Prop Only cycles, I'd like to think of myself as advanced in this genre of cycling.

if you gained wieght in the beginning of your cycle and lost weight in the 2nd half of your cycle, then the only conclusion you can draw is that some variable was changed during your cycle that casued this weight loss. What did you change? Even if it's something small, like missing some meals...it COULD happen
 
I agree with small changes effecting my results, I did miss a couple of meals here and there, but nothing drastic. Instead of 6 meals a day for a couple days I had only 4 or 5. I maintained drinking about 80oz of water a day, not enough either. I guess I just didnt expect to lose everything I had gained, and then some. Oh yeah, my appetite has been for shit these past few weeks. Everytime I eat its like I'm forcing myself. Maybe I should pick up some vitamin K inj. And yes I think 500mls of prop is pleanty for me.
