Hello All! I am a new member seeking some guidance on my third cycle. I am 36yrs 6’1” 220lbs, 14% BF. I have been consistently lifting for 5yrs. My diet is quite clean (the last 6 months). Protein intake is 250ish, moderate carbs and fats. My first cycle was two years ago and I progressed well. Just finished pct for second cycle 6 weeks ago (good results with second cycle as well) and I am looking to start my 3rd cycle in about 2 months. My goal for this cycle is more of a cutting cycle, I would still like to add some lean muscle. I have built quite a lot of mass off the first two cycles.
1st Cycle: 350 week Cyp
1mg Adex EOD
10mg tamox EOD
PCT: 51mg clomd ED for 21 days
HCG 1000iu EOD for 30 days
2nd Cycle: 350 week cyp
250 week deca
1mg Adex EOD
10mg tamox EOD
PCT: 51mg clomd ED for 21 days
HCG 1000iu EOD for 30 days

Winny is not an option ( my joints wont take it)
I would like a cycle that’s isn’t overly harsh on my body.
