Whats better to do.(gear or no gear,doesnt matter)
1-wake,train early,eat all day then sleep OR
2.wake,eat all day,train late then sleep following training(within 1hr)
I mean does the time your go to sleep,(then releasing GH) make any difference with recov? Or more effecient to do 1 so you get all the macros throughout the day?
