3 year cycle

Ok, My friend just informed me he has been on a test/deca cycle for 3 fucking years! 250mg each a week. This type of pct is beyond my expertise. he's 37, 5' 9" 210lbs. what the f can he do? I know hcg is an obvious must.

i doubt he will recover. use hmg instead of hcg.
