I had stopped all cardio when I started my clomid therapy in fear it would be to catabolic since I was so shut down. I'm now 21 days into my clomid, and was wondering when it would be safe to start back on morning cardio (30 minute sessions, 3 days/week)?
Perhaps wait a little longer, or jump right back into it?
