3 Week Cycles

Easy Guys,

Im gonna give 3 week cycles a go next. I was wondering what training split/routine I should use to get the maximum gains from in these 3 weeks. Normally, I train each bodypart once a week when bulking.

All opinions appreciated. Thanks.
 
I don't think 3 week cycles are a good idea, most compounds don't even kick for 2weeks.

Sounds like this is a first cycle. I would suggest something like this:

Week 1-10 Test Enanthate 300-500mg depending on bodyweight
Week 1-4 Dbol 25mg/day

Clomid post cycle therapy.

But I think you should do some more research first.

Days 1-2: 300mg Test.Prop ED + 70mg Anavar ED
Days 3-19: : 100mg Test.Prop ED + 70mg Anavar ED
Days 20-21: 70mg Anavar ED

Weeks 4-5: Clomid & Clenbuterol

After this I hope to take a few feeks off and do another 3 weeker. Idea is that in the 3 weeks I can really focus on my diet and training & shock the body into yielding quick strength gains. I considered 2 weekers, but they are a little too short & 4 weeks is too long. Im gonna give it a try & see what gains I get & how the recovery turns out.

i stick with 10-12 weekers although many report solid gains of 5-8 pounds from 3 weekers.

remember to use compounds whose half lives are very short.
prop, fina, winny seem to be a favorite.

may just give a 3 weeker a shot soon.
 
just finished a 3 weeker and gained 8 kilo's I trained 5 days a week every bodypart just once a week

I think your gonna be just fine with your cycle, manny78 had a prop anavar cycle for his first 3 weeker to and had some good gains

hard to believe. 8kg is about 18 pounds. and in 3 weeks???
 
If you are going to do three weekers then I would not use Anavar, I would d-bol instead, for faster results.

Training wise, I would do something more than each bodypart once per week, when you think about it you are workind each bodypart three times while on the cycle. Doesn't seem like enough stimulation.
 
bulldog, props to you for trying this out. It sounds like it works for some people. I'd like to try a short cycle some day, but from what I hear, that prop shit hurts pretty bad. What other juice could you use that was fast acting? other than stuff that was intended for animals.
 
satch... I really gained 8 kilo's I didn't said it was al muscle, there is some water to I ended my cycle yesterday and I hit the scale at 98 kilo's....... now I have to wait and see how much I keep

still... thats a lot of weight in 3 weeks. but hey.. congratulations.

creatine, hardcore pumping and proper therapy and you should keep most if not all.
 
the strenght gains were ok but nothing spectacular fore example I benched 5 kilo's and squated 7 kilo's more than before, and this was my first cycle but a friend of mine who has done 4 cycles before did the same cycle I did only with some higer dosages and he gained 6,5 kilo's at the end

For post cycle therapy I'm using

proviron 25mgs in the AM for 5 days

creatine
maca
nettle root
some extra zink
and avena sativa (If I find some of the right stuff)
