the thought just crossed my mind for my next cycle (jan or feb)..
cycle length: 3 weeks
the goal: major fat loss.
the enemy: catabolicism
the plan:
test prop 200mg a day
dbol 40mg a day or anapolan 100mg a day
clen at 120-200mcg a day
r-ala at 600mg a day
low cal diet (about 2000 cals.. less than 100g carbs per day)
training as usual but added 5 cardio sessions per week?
ANY FEEDBACK IS APPRECIATED.
