3 week ckd results thus far

Started off at 32 1/2 inches around my belly button about 3 weeks ago. I am now at 31 1/4 this morning, 3 days after last carb up. I STILL do not have perma-show abs yet, and really that's all I want, lol. Looks like I'll be doing this for about another month.

im on about the same time schedule as you.... unfortunately I just finished a 5 day cheat due to vegas and turning 21, i was down almost 10lbs before the cheat.. now, overall, i'm down 6 and am beginnign my dive back into keto as we speak. I bet by tomorrow i'll be down 5 from all the water I gained over my splurge.
