3 days on DNP

I'll be a first time DNP user, and I'll try it at the weekend @ 200mg crystal DNP/every evening. I've read tons of info on this subject, therefore I just want to know whether I have any allergic reactions with it or not. I have A+C+E, multivitamins, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Zinc, Magnesium, cooler :D, Calcium in my hand, I'll drink lots of water. Maybe I'll buy some taurine, pyruvate and glycerol if it is essential. What do yall think about this? I've read that these supplements can be used if someone takes more than 200-300mg DNP/day. If I don't have any allergic reactions with DNP, then I'll use it in the long term (~15 days). Actually my stats are: 6'4" 225 lbs 16% bf. My diet will consist of 55%C/30%P/15%F.
 
The first three or so days I noticed I did have trouble sleeping, because DNP stimulates the CNS. After that, the lethargy itself was enough to zonk me out for HOURS. Unfortunately for me I did sleep so well one night that I did not manage to wake up for some water, and woke up with a bloody mouth from cracked lips. You'll have to see what works best for you. Other than that, I enjoyed my cycles of Crystalline DNP immensely. Especially coming off, I love the boost of energy, and the hardened physique after recompensation.

Dai, better safe than sorry I agree... All those should do the trick. Taurine and pyruvate are not essential. Definately get the Glycerol. I also would invest in some Selenium.

While drinking tons of water be sure to drink something like v8 juice for potassium and electrolytes. 3-4 gallons of water daily will flush out a lot of NEEDED electrolytes. You will want to replenish them.

Thanks for your advices! I really apperciate it. But WTF is that v8 juice? Can you guys tell me any more well known juice or something like that which contains potassium and those electrolytes?
 
DNP is very toxic stuff by itself and more,rapid fat ox is toxic too.
So all of the following drugs are a MUST:
-ALA
-Selenium
-Vit C,A and E
-Potassium/magnesium
-Cranberry extract
-Sillimiarine(Milk thistle)
-Melatonina(For anti oxidant purpose firstly and for sleep too)

I'll add:
-Gluthatione injection(600mg eod and some shoots after the cycle).
-Samyr 400mg ed(ademetionine sulphte tosilate)

I'm planning to start the next thursday
 
I took my 3rd capsule today. I haven't experienced any side effect so far. Everything seems normal apart from breathing which is a little bit harder. It feels like I'm on light cardio all day long. :)
 
It is my 4.5th day on DNP. I took my 5th cap today morning. I haven't seen any results so far, I sweat a little but nothing more. I weighed myself yesterday, no changes so far :( It can be water retention but I can't see it. Everything seems normal. What do you guys think about it? I'm a little bit disappointed. :(
 
hows your diet, make sure ur eating carbs/protein but no more than maintence calories, take eca while on dnp, drink lots of water, wait till u piss out the water...if u didnt lose anything

b) u did somethig wrong
 
I ussually eat 55%C/30%P/15%F nowadays while on DNP @ 2600KCals daily. My DNP can't be fake because I've ordered it from the best source. :D

i did 2 cycles of it and my last was 600mg/day for 5 days and I gained 1 lb

first cycle i lost 0 lbs

I have some threads here if you do a search. i had the same sides.slight shortness of breath.Did not feel real hot or lethargic.

Well, it seems that DNP is not our best choice to lose fat fast. :(
 
By the way, I have the same problem with clen, ECA and so on...... I can't feel the ECA's sides at 200mg of E/day. Clen did nothing for me. Holy shit I wont be able to get down below 15%. :(

Wait until you loose all the water and see how lean you are....
 
This is my 7th day on DNP. So far I've lost 1lb only!!!!!! :( I'm taking 400mgs of DNP since yesterday. The only side effect is sweating, but not profusely. I have been checked my thyroid levels, the doctor said that everything is normal(and were curious because of the sweating :D). I'm confused because it has been written somewhere that the lower thyroid you got, the less fat you can burn while on DNP. :( Lewd, I've read all your posts on DNP but I don't think that the only problem were your suspected low thyroid levels.
 
My initial thoughts was that my product was not legit. I still feel this way. From the best source too. That is why I gave it a second try.

I even added T3 to my second DNP cycle. 600mg/day DNP and I was laughing at it.

Even with T3 you did lose nothing at all. :( Our fat cells really insist on us. :( I've tried everything before using DNP but it seems that the best drug against fat loss isn't working at all.
 
Well bros, I think that DNP just kicked in!!!! :) My bed was waay too wet. I'm sweating like mofo when my fan isn't on me. I've lost another pound since yesterday.
 
Just curious

While taking DNP ive read it is nearly impossiable tolift and do cardio, is this true. IF that is the case how do u lose weight and not burn a ton of muscle. If one was to do a 15day cycle, that would be 2 weeks without lifting Correct?

Yeah correct. 4 example I can't lift on DNP because I'm way too tired all day long. But you won't lose any significant muscle mass because DNP is a protein sparing stuff, also you might lose some muscle but that is not significant.
 
9th day on DNP, 4th day on DNP @ 400mg. So far I've lost 6 lbs. The strange thing with this is that I began to lose weight since I bumped up the dosage. I feel tired all day long, sweating in the bed like mofo. :) I'm looking forward to see how much water will disappear after this cycle.
 
Dnp will causes the body to shunt t-3 . If you do a patent search you will find that there is a weight loss formula combining t-3 and dnp. Also most people will not see the benefits till youve been off for 3 days due to the water retention.
 
It's my 10th day on DNP now. I feel myself really exhausted now. My bed was way too wet. So far I've lost 7 lbs (less than expected). My body becomes warmer and even warmer day after day. I think it is from accumulation or something like that.
May I lower my daily dosage down to 200mg while burning fat stays the same level as now?
How much water weight do you guys lose after a DNP cycle?

You can cut back if you want. I started at 800mg/day powdered and scaled back to 200mg/day during the work week and it still worked very well. The effects are cumulative so it doesn't take much to get you sweating after it is built up in your system.

I think in the future I'll run it at 600mg/day for one week at a time. For me most of the loss was in the first week and it gets too miserable when you stretch it out.
 
I've finished my cycle today morning because I got a realy bad headache. I've lost an annoying 7 lbs. I thought at the begininng that it would be at least 15 lbs after the end of the cycle, but not. :( I really hope that the following week(s) will solve my problem. I wanted to be 10% but now I've 12,5% bf.
 
you lost 7lbs in 11 days. That is a good cycle. And you may be retaining some water.

also you did only 200mg/day so I would be very pleased with this cycle.

I see it took you a while to kick in, perhaps I will give my DNP a third go after I let someone use and confirm it's legitamacy.

but hell I did 600mg and I'm thinking that I should've really felt some sides at day 3 or 4, but I did not.

also I was told by the DNP expert that I may have a genetic mutation that prevents the DNP to do it's uncoupling thing on me, but he stated it was highly unlikely.

Maybe I've the same that you have (but a little different) because I haven't felt anything for nearly a week. Maybe you should try it the same way as I did it. Give it a try. :D
 
Update: I've lost a pound today, I think it was just waterweight. I really hope that I'll lose more than 5 lbs of water and I'll get down to 10% :) By the way, I have a bad sorethroat, a worse headache and I feel that my body is really really heavy. Just have a feeling that more sides to come. :(
 
same happened to me after quitting dnp, sore throat and cold, probalby got sick cause dnp lowers white blood cells i believe and i was out all the time in the cold shorts and a t- , sweating my arse off
 
Yeah, I felt the same today as the previous week. Warm and a little bit sweaty (not that bad). 63F outside, but I have to wear a T-shirt. :)
 
Well guys, have any of you experienced less power after a DNP cycle? After 4 days off DNP I worked out, but the weights I used weren't the same. For example bench press went down from 210 lbs to 195 lbs. :(
 
occasionally i wake up in the night feeling very nautious, despite drinking a gallon throughout the night.

Any reccomendations?
 
the weakness is b/c of glycogen depletion, strregnth should be regained in a few days once superocompensation occurs, u might even gain
 
I can say now(after a week) that my first DNP cycle did me almost NOTHING! I'm 223 lbs now. This means that I'm just 2 lbs lighter than before this cycle. I didn't experienced any water retention or something like that during the cycle, I didn't experienced any glycogen supercompensation after the cycle. Actually my used weights are 5-10% less than before. I'm very very disappointed now! :( :( :( :( My worst nightmare has just took place.

Btw, Quercetin does seem to be working wonders as an anti-rash
supp in long low-dose cycles.....

1.) I ate 2600 KCals every day while on DNP, divided it into 6 meals. My diet consisted of: Brown rice, skimmed milk, turkey, (nearly) fat free cheese and cottage cheese, apple, grapes, pear, broccoli, tomato, potato. (55%C/30%P/15%F)
2.) Dosages were:
Day 1..3: 200mg DNP
Day 4..9: 400mg DNP
Day 10: 600mg DNP
3.) Supps:
Vitamine A 50,000 IU
Vitamine C 2000 mg
Vitamine E 800 IU
Magnesium 1200mg
Calcium 2000mg
ALA 600mg
Glycerol 2 tblspoons
Zinc 50 mg
Multivitamines
Whey protein

That was it.
 
damn, this shit does hit folks differently.......I actually experienced a strength hike mid cycle, but that went away the next week. But netwise I've neither gained nor lost any strength or size. But it also didn't do that much for me in the way of weight loss. I lost about 6-8 lbs after 2 weeks, but appearance wise I haven't changed much.
 
I got great results from dnp... but I also was retarded with the doses (wasn't used to crystal) and nearly killed myself. that was such a not fun way to go too. od on heroin and coke, that is probably a good way to go - but to overheat and cook from the inside is unpleasant. a lot.

the amounts I did can likely all be found in a search. started low. went high. went too many pills at once on the high (if you are going to do 3 pills in a day - don't do them all at once).

but after the weekend when I had finally recovered from it, I noticed that the puffy and swollen ankles that I had all week went away, and then by the end of the next week - I had lost a lot and was around 6% - and I started well above that - 8-10% probably.
I do NOT recommend people doing it the way I did (I've done other cycles and lost 10lbs in two weeks). but it worked.

will I do it again? not like the way I did, and there will have to be snow on the ground.

If this sentence is related to me then I can say definitely that I did my best during this cycle, I think my daily caloric intake was OK(read above) and my DNP can't be fake cos' I bought it from the best source(DG).
