The South Region gets a Battle of Ohio Saturday when Cincinnati's Xavier Musketeers face Columbus's Ohio State Buckeyes in the second round at Rupp Arena.

Oddsmakers currently have the Buckeyes listed as 8-point favorites versus the Musketeers, while the game's total is sitting at 135.

Justin Doellman scored 23 points to help the Musketeers get past the BYU Cougars 79-77 in the first-round of the NCAA Tournament Thursday night. Xavier failed to cover the 2.5-point spread at Rupp Arena, but the final score made it OVER the posted total of 148.

Doellman shot 8-for-17 from the field and Drew Lavender added 18 points in the win.

The top-seeded Buckeyes dumped the Central Connecticut State Blue Devils 78-57 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament Thursday. Ohio State managed to cover the huge 20.5-point spread at Rupp Arena, while the combined 135 points made it OVER the posted total of 127.

Greg Oden led the Buckeyes with 19 points and Jamar Butler chipped in with 17.
