2x a week instead of 1x per week

What do you guys work 2x a week if you do at all. I typically work my lagging muscles twice a week. If you work everything twice a week, what is your routine? I don't think this once a week shit is cutting it. I feel small and weak. Any help will suffice, thankx bros
 
I alternate
for a Phase or Cycle I'll do Flat Bench and BLDL 4x a week
then a week off and for a time (usuall 8 weeks but sometimes longer) I'll do OH Press Bent Row and SLDL (or BLDL if I'm feeling strong) 4x a week
