2nd cycle suggestions?

I am about to start my 2nd cycle..i didnt improve much from my first, which was just 12 shots of Omnadren 250...didnt get me any mass ..i lifted alot more but still, nothing good. I want to gain alot of mass b4 i get cut, right now im about 127lb...goal is to be about 145lb..anyone know what the best cylce wud be for massive mass gain? thnx!
 
12 shots of omna250? what was the frequency of the shots? 1/wk? 2/wk?

if you're 127 after a cycle, then you have something fundamentally wrong. my first guess would be your diet... you have a very high metabolism and thus you must eat much much more to actually give your body what it burns up PLUS something to acutally use to build muscles.

i'd recommend you write down everything you are eating over the course of a day. do this for at least 3-4 days to get a real good idea of what you are putting in your body. this may sound like a waste of time to you as of course you KNOW what you're eating, but until you write it down you can really only make an educated GUESS as to what you are eating and how much. often times people overestimate how much they are eating. i'd say to start eating 5000cals per day with 200g/day of protein and the rest from whatever you want to eat. give that about a month and if that doesnt' start putting some weight on you, then check back in.
 
yea 1 shot of omna250 a week is what i did. Through out the day i eat normally..wasnt aware of eating more then i should be but from now i will be. I drink alot of Tea, not sure if thats a good or bad thing but i kno wi drink about 3-4 cups everyday. I eat alot of meats..as in chicken legs, wings, thieghs and ground beef alot.
I eat alot of ground beef and im not too sure what kind of stuff i shud be eating right now, suggestions on a diet would help. I have the 2500 Protein Powder mix, i havnt really drank much of it, but soon as i figure out a good diet i will. So help me out and also, a good suggestion for 2nd cycle. thnx!

Ok, your an ectomorph. You eat like a pig and don't have a problem losing bodyfat. You need to up your protein. Don't count anything but your protein grams- this is your goal. For your metabolism you should be taking in about 200 grams protein per day. Spread that amount throughout the day, taking care to keep about a third to a quarter of those total protein cals for postworkout. It seems to me that you don't need to eat as frequently as most BB's cutting their bf. Just make sure you watch your protein needs, you should take in a MIMINUM of 200 grams per day. If you can take in more, it can only help you gain mass.
I'm not saying to ignore cals from other sources such as fat and carbs but your main focus is to make sure you're getting enough protein to grow. To that end you need to eat alot of complex carbs and healthy fats to spare your protein from getting burned for workout fuel. In other words- eat like a pig. If you gain a little fat don't be alarmed, we all do when gaining. However if you are becoming a huge gumball then back off the carbs.
