2nd cycle/ show prep help and advice.

OK all, I'll run over my background first.

I'm 27 6'1 and 215lbs @9% bmi right now. Maybe a hair less but last time I had it done I was lower but Im a bit thicker now

Training-
Been training since college baseball going on 7 years at this point. My training shifted from athletic type training now to bodybuilding. I'm training 5 days a week, some weeks 6 if I can fit legs in twice with enough rest. I'm taking in about 3100-3500 cals a day.

My previous cycle was a 14 week test e run. My diet is and was very clean the entire time. I'm 6'1, I went from 206-208 up to 224-226. I used hcgenerate while on, and clomid, forma, daa, test infusion, and forged in my pct. I lost water weight and have dropped slowly down to about 215 now but am at 9% bmi.

OK so the show is end of April and December 1 puts me 20 weeks out. My trainer wants me to run test e starting at 20 weeks out for 6 weeks before adding other aas. I wanted to keep this as simple as possible being my 2nd cycle and first show. I've researched a bunch on here as well and others and most people want to stay away from tren, but it seems to be used in almost all show prep cycles I find. I've also read I should avoid test c/e for water reasons and use test p.

I was thinking test/primo and stick my diet more so then add more stuff. I know the general outlook is no to tren but I found some posts from the good guys here still suggesting it for content prep even to guys with only one or two cycles before.

I found one in particular that was test p/tren a with proper on cycle support on pct, but again want everyone's take on it.

Thanks for the help, my first cycle of test e was incredible. Grew more then friends who sloppily used mannnny more things and it was diet and great advice from people here.

Light heavyweight even tho I feel I maybe tall for that class, going to just aim to be dry and hard.

I like your coached idea of starting 20 weeks out. You can use the first 8-10 weeks to lean bulk and put some more size on, and then transition into your cut about 12 weeks out. Test is fine for the first part of your cycle, maybe kick start with an oral to help boost up your size a bit. Then when you get closer to contest, switch over to prop so you hold less water. Tren is great for pre-contest, but not a must. The things you would definitely want to add would be Masteron and Winstrol. Primo would also be good to help hold your mass without any bloat, especially if you don't want to run tren. You could run that stacked with test for the entire 20 weeks.

I'd go something like this;

1-12 Test E - 375-500mg/week
1-12 Primo - 600mg/week
1-4 D-Bol - 20-30mg/day

13-20 Test Prop - 100mg/eod, drop to 50mg/eod the last 2 weeks.
13-20 Primo - 600mg/week
13-20 Mast prop - 150-200mg/eod
13-20 Winstrol - 60-80mg/day

Then cruise on prop for a couple weeks and start PCT afterwards.
