Just finished my second bulking cycle. A dissappointing 8lbs. gain(but they were solid). I used sust.(500mgs/week for 10 weeks) and deca(400mgs/week for 10 weeks). My first cycle was deca only(300mgs for 8 weeks) and put on a solid 15lbs. Considering I put on 15lbs on my first cycle, and 8lbs on my second, does this mean my third cycle I'll gain even less? My diet was the same for both cycles(around 5000 cals/250 grams of protein). I can't eat anymore than this. I am presently at 190lbs, 5'10". Any suggestions on a third cycle for better results?
