2nd cycle results

Just finished my second bulking cycle. A dissappointing 8lbs. gain(but they were solid). I used sust.(500mgs/week for 10 weeks) and deca(400mgs/week for 10 weeks). My first cycle was deca only(300mgs for 8 weeks) and put on a solid 15lbs. Considering I put on 15lbs on my first cycle, and 8lbs on my second, does this mean my third cycle I'll gain even less? My diet was the same for both cycles(around 5000 cals/250 grams of protein). I can't eat anymore than this. I am presently at 190lbs, 5'10". Any suggestions on a third cycle for better results?
 
if you're eating 5000 calories, but only getting 250 grams of protein you're consuming too many carbs in my opinion. at your weight you should take in around 350 grams of protein each day on a bulking cycle.
 
You have to remember, the more muscle you put on, the more protien it takes to maintain. You cant expect to put on muscle if you dont give it the building blocks it needs. If you keep everything the same you wont make gains.
 
dude there's no way your eating 5000 calories in a day. how do you figure, you keeping track? post a sample day's intake. that means your only eating 1000 cals in protein and the rest in carb and fat. and if even if you were eating 200 grms of fat a day(which is highly unlikely) this would only be another 1800 cals. this is 2800 cals tot. this leaves 2200 for carbs, which would be 550. there's no way your eating that much bro, check your figures.
