ok, i'm new at this, but an extremely quick learner.
1st of all, i completed one short cycle with winnie d and deca... took it easy first time around. 100 deca once per week, 50 winnie d/day... for one month.
i was able to work much harder and with very good results, relatively speaking! gained about 15 pounds and fealt much better about myself... with minimal water retention and increased vascularity. additionally, i still feel the positive effects... which is what i'm aiming for. i don't want to be a juice whore.
ok, so now to grow on to bigger and better things. pls help recommend an effective 2nd cycle... its been about 2 months since my short first cycle. i'm 31, 6', 185lb, muscular but in need of improvement. i only have time to train 3x per week for 1.5 hrs... being realistic here!
fyi- the first cycle ended early because i ran out of stuff (pssssssst).
