2nd cycle planning, advice needed!!

Im now 7 weeks into my 1st 10 week cycle of 500mg sust ew ,I am blown away by the gains I have acheived.....20 lbs in 7 weeks ,woah , I'm hooked.

I plan on rest for about 8-10 weeks after pct but I'm already planning and ordering my 2nd cycle...

1-10 500mg sust ew
1-8 400mg deca ew

clomid and nolva for pct.

I have been advised to use Adex at 0.5 mg ed , do you think it is essential to use it??

adex is fine bro, start at .5mg ed and go to 1mg if u need to.

the second cycle will be better with 12 weeks of test and 10 weeks of deca. And nolva and deca are a big no no to to the nandrolone increasing the chances of symptoms. For pct you shouuld use clomid and hcg

I'd run Test with dbol or winny. I don't really think the potential for sides with deca are worth it imho. A test/dbol cycle will blow you up.

You might be cutting yourself short on only 8wks of deca.

you should use distinex .5mg e3d well on deca bro a.s well a.s adex.5mg ed
keep letro on hand and I dont see you useing hcg any were in your cycles or for pct why is that.dermacrin sustain is by far the best for pct so look into it

deca is jumping into a hole new ball game and it looks like you might now have researched your first game so please look into it a lot.

keep Femera - letrozole - on hand and I dont see you useing HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - any were in your cycles or for PCT - post cycle therapy - why is that.dermacrin sustain is by far the best for PCT - post cycle therapy - so look into it

Hi Bro , thanx. My stats are:-

35 yrs old ,training exp 5 years. 6'5" tall. weight before cycle 200lbs ,now 220lbs 7 weeks in. bf around 14%. Diet around 4000/4500 cals ,protein 300/350g ed.

Good luck with your 1st cycle, if its anything like mine you will be shattered by the results, I never gained more than 5 lbs of quality weight in the last year until I tried AAS.

Hey Bro , thanx for advice. I have had mixed opinions on using hcg. Do you advise it? When and how much do you advise using it, I must be honest I do have limited knowledge on it.
