2nd cycle Not gaining weight

Hi all,

So this is my second cycle. I'm having trouble gaining weight. First cycle was just test e @ 500. Gained 25 lbs, kept half in 12 weeks. This time around I've upped my calories to around 6k. People are continually commenting on how big I look but the scale is holding steady. I thought I was up 6 lbs, but when I wake up in the morning after going to the bathroom I'm exactly where I was to begin with. Two factors are I switched suppliers for the aas to a supposed better brand, and I'm getting less sleep (approx 7hrs/ night) because of 12 hr shifts at work.

AAS:
1-16 600 eq E3D
1-16 750 test e E3D
1-16 250ui hcg E3D
1-16 0.25mg adex EOD



Stats:

6'3
221lbs
10%bf

Diet:
6 meals a day of
****
chicken breast or 6oz steak or 6oz salmon or 6oz sole

One baked potato (with 3tbs fat free Greek yogurt) or one medium sized sweet potato (with 1tbs of evoo) or 1.5 cups of rice or 1.5 cups of quinoa.

2 cups of assorted veggies (usually raw drizzled with evoo).
****

PWO Usually a 2 scoop shake, and a banana, followed within an hr by a meal.

Snacks include raw almonds, fat free plain Greek yogurt, pistachios.


Any advice is greatly appreciated.
 
How long have you been on? If it has been very long, My guess is it is bunk or severely underdosed gear. Even with a piss poor diet (which yours looks fine) you would be up several pounds of water weight by now at least if your gear was good to go.
 
I'm on week 8. On my first cycle I had put on 18lbs by now... Sigh.

I know for certain that the same ugl brands cialis is bunk.

My testicular size has decreased though which would lead me to believe that there is some test in it. Would it be wise to increase dosage?
 
ridiculous. you aren't going to gain 20 pounds on every cycle. the fact you gained that much to begin with means you were well below your natural capabilities.

also who cares what the scale says. if you expect to put on double digits every cycle then you are dreaming. not gonna happen nor should it happen. when you gain a lot of weight fast you put strain on your soft tissues.. that's why you see so many people bitching about tendonitis, pain, blah blah blah.

and if you want to see if your stuff is bunk then run bloodwork, nobody on here is going to be able to guess the answer

In Canada you can't run blood work privately.

I lost 2 pounds on my last cycle yet I looked better. don't listen to the scale.. you aren't some skinny kid who is gonna blow up overnight from gear and lifting. you are a big dude according to your stats

its possible the gear is fake but its just as likely you are gaining mass but losing fat at the same time so its fooling you

you should atleast be getting stronger otherwise then I would really think it was fake gear
 
I have leaned out a little but it appears minimally. Vascularity has increased. Strength is up about 10%.

I talked to my old supplier he also told me that their gear is overrun.

One of my buddies at the gym also told me that the scale "fucks with your head".

I guess when I do my first cycle on overrun gear it's going to be significantly different from the next cycle with eq in there too.

Wtf is overun gear? And if your body isn't making noticeable changes then your gear may be shit. Or your training and diet is god awful. Even with a half assed diet and training you'll still get some results on juice.
