2nd cycle need info please

6' 180lbs 31 years old about to run test sust. And tren what's the best dose for putting on size and cutting also need help with pct
 
the best dose? there is no best dose. how much and how well you eat will determine how much size you put on. start w/ as little as possible and go from there to see how you adjust. a good start would be 400 test, 300 tren. but tren is not a neophyte steroid. it has some monster sides. as far as pct, you should read the holistic approach to pct in the stickies on this site. also get some prami to battle prolactin buildup and insomnia from the tren. what does your current diet and workout regimen look like?
 
half ml of sust and half ml of tren every other day . Run the tren 8 weeks and the test 10. Run hcgenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm last 4-8 weeks of the cycle. I would run provirone 25mg twice a day with the tren lesson the sides a bit. The day the cycle ends start pct and run it like this.,

weeks
10-14 unleashed post cycle 1 cap of each 3 times a day
10-16 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm the first 4 weeks then drop
Down to 3 am and pm for the last 2 weeks
4-8 N2BM-DAA 1 dose every day ( optional)
8-12 Sarsm s-4 25mg every day ( also optional)
 
My diet is not so great but I'm starting to focus on that better now and my workout needs so work also but having some trouble getting motivated hoping the test will help any thoughts on how to step up my game

Dont use steroids to 'motivate' you. you will simply stop working out when you come off and just be worse for wear. Maybe go to a doc and see where your test levels are at first before taking the plunge again. try an all natural cycle first, there are plenty of good supps to try and if they dont motivate you, nothing will my friend.
 
Its not the only reason I want to get into training and stay that way always have just dont know the right way that's why I'm on here I'm sure u all started somewhere and had to do some research so that's all I'm doing and I would appreciate all the help u can give don't take me wrong thanks
