2nd cycle need a mod's help any suggestions
My current stats are 5'6", 200lbs, bf% is around 10-15%, 38 years old. my last cycle i have gain 15lbs i need some input is greatly appreciated
week1-10
Sustanon-250 500mg wk
fina 150 mg ed
Deca 100 mg wk
D-bol 5mg tabs 3tabs ed
week11-13
20=Winstrol 50mg ed
fina 75mg ed
have Clomid, Nolvadex on hand as well

first 100 mg of deca wont do anything. I would go for 300-400 mg/week for 10 weeks, same thing with dbols go for 25-30 mg ED for the first 5 weeks. Then switch to the winny (6-12), as for the Fina 150 mg ED is a bit heavy especially for a first time user. 75 mg should do the job (week 7-12). Also you should consider liquidex. Good luck

thank you for the help, deca & dbols are very low i'll have up it a bit. i have try fina only in the pass at 75-150 mg & the gains at a 150mg WOW. the liquidex i need to look in to it
