Been on a Test E 400mg and Masteron E 350mg cycle for 7 weeks now, here are my stats:
Weight: 222lbs - 234lbs
Body fat: 18 - 16% (leave the bashing for later)
Bench: From 325 - 365
Squats: From 455 - 515
Deads: From 495 - 550 (Grip problems)
So far so good, except I am regretting not taking some of your advice by wasting the masteron at the beginning, the effects were not prominent and I think I would have gotten the same results with Test alone.
Secondly this is a cutting cycle, I am eating 2200 - 2500kcal a day, 100grams of carbs around the peri workout period, and the rest protein and veg. Average protein consumption: 300grams.
So I am gaining a lot of weight and ain't really winning in the weight loss department. I am now out of masteron and have 1 bottle of test P and anavar left over, so this is what I am thinking:
week 8-12: Test E @300 mg wk Test P eod @ 100mg, anavar daily @50-60mg
Calories down to: 1800 kcal's a day, mainly cutting back on consumption of fat (I still cook my eggs in butter and have a healthy drizzle of olive oil on my tuna salads before)
The goal is to keep get strength up a little bit more whilst cutting down to 220lbs, 12-13% bf.
