2nd cycle dosage advice

I am trying to put together my 2nd cycle and am looking for a lil advice. Here are my stats:

5'9"
175 lbs.
8.7%BF (recently calipered)

My first cycle was a Cyp, Deca cycle about 12 months ago. I have been fortunate enough to find a Dr. to prescribe Oxandrin and Upjohn Cyp and I want to add in Deca as well (currently have QV300). I can easily get as much as I want so please assist me in putting this together.
Optimally I would like to gain 15 lbs lbm and lose 2-3%BF.

Something like test 400 mg/week, deca 300 mg/week both for 10 weeks. Then maybe run the anavar 30-40 mg/day weeks 6-12...This would make your goal very attainable...

what are the benefits to takin the Var at the end as opposed to throughout???

Went to a Doc. that commonly treats it...is a proponent for AAS and gets away with it I guess...

I guess this is off the subject but what were your results with the cyp/deca cycle? It just so happens that I just recently started the same cycle with some HCG and Arimidex throughout....
