2nd cycle done right. Looking for another 20lbs!

Height: 5'8
Weight: 193
Lifting experience: in the gym since I was 13. Bodybuilding (done right) 5 years.
Cycles: 1

Lifting stats:
Bench: 365
Deadlift: 535
Squat: 405
Barbell curl: 170


1st cycle: Test Cyp, 250mg a week. 125 Monday and 125 Thursday. I only did it for 8 weeks. (I know it was short but I wanted to make sure how the test would react with me for my first time)

My PCT was a little light as well.

Adex as needed throughout cycle, usually .5mg every 3-4 days
Clomid was done at 50/25/25.

Anyhow I gained about 17 pounds of solid mass and now it has been about a month and
A half since my pct. I only lost one pound and went from doing 275 on flat bench for 12 reps down to about 8 reps. So nonetheless I have kept 98% of my gains.

So my next cycle which I would like some advice on if all possible. Here is what I am thinking. Starting in the beginning to mid October but want to order supplies asap

500mg of test Cyp for 10 weeks

Pct: I have a lot of Adex and clomid left so I would like to use that to save on some cash.

HCGenerate 6-10
Unleashed and post cycle 12-16?
Adex- as needed
Clomid 12-16 at 50/25/25/25 or 50/17.5/17.5/17.5?

Think this will be enough since I am only running test? Or should I add in some forma stanz as well?

Looking to gain as much quality muscle as possible. Critique as much as you'd like.
 
No nolva, u do not need nolva, it is horribly outdated!

I'd switch the adex to forma for pct, but that's up to you. I also like Ur first Clomid dose proposal better than the second, 50/25/25/25. also add some DAA powder in pct for a natural test boost. Otherwise Looks good to me bro

lmao, that's about the worst thing you can say around here other than recommending it with tren or deca...

to the op, add an oral in there..maybe some dbol 25-50mg ed for 4 weeks or tbol 60mg ed for 6 weeks with N2GUARD :qt:
 
if those stats are accurate you are strong as fuck for your size.

keep it up. another 20 pounds is unrealistic and not healthy.. aim for a solid 5 pounds from here on out of quality mass per cycle. don't be so obsessed with what the scale says. I weigh myself but I don't base my success on if the scale goes up or down. your success as a BODYBUILDER should be based on "do I look better in the mirror now vs. a year ago?" if the answer is yes you are doing it right.

That sounds pretty solid, thanks for laying that out for me. This seems better then my last PCT do hopefully I can keep all my gains like my first cycle.

Well I am not a keyboard warrior, I would get no benefits of lying about my stats so they are correct.

Why do you say another 20 pounds is unrealistic and unhealthy? I am going to keep my macros to the point where I gain about 1-1/2-2 pounds a week which be roughly 20 pounds.

I also weigh about 2-3 times a week just to make sure my diet is on point, not necessarly to see if I'm progressing. My progress pics and of course measurements are for that, which have been amazing the past year.

this pct will definitely help you to keep and maintain... i always run very extensive pct's (much more than this one) and have had great success in keeping gains... pct is the most important part of any cycle... adding MK2866 to your pct would also be a great addition...
