2nd cycle - cutting

In the next week I'm going to start my 2nd cycle, I'm moving to cutting.
Stats:
Age:25
BF ~ 20%
height: 171cm
weight: 75kgs

Previous cycle:
test testosterone enanthate for 10 weeks - 500mgs/EW.

Here is my cycle:

1-10 120mg test testosterone propionate EOD
4-10 50mg Winstrol - stanozolol ED

Fat burners:
2 week EC, 2 week Clenbuterol
EC - 50mg ephedrine + 400mg caffeine ED. (twice a day 25mg ephed+200mg caff)
Clenbuterol - taperin up and down.

ancillaries:
6-10 HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 500iu EW (splitted to 2 shots)
0.5mg arimidex EOD
1-10 liv52 DS 2 caps ED

PCT - post cycle therapy - :
11-15 Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - - 40/40/20/20

My concerns:
1. Someone told me because it cycle with short esters, the HCG would be only 2 weeks.
2. This guy also told me that I should limit the cycle to 8 weeks because the short ester.
3. Is the dosage of test testosterone propionate ok? , I should take 100mg EOD or 120mg EOD?
4. Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - - is 40/40/20/20 ok? or 40/30/20/10?

Fat burners: make sure u take benadryl for 1 week straight b4 bed at night every 3rd week. 2 weeks on/off doesnt prevent ineffectivness of the stack. both clen & ephedra are beta antagonists. i dont know why people think that their receptors are getting a break when they take eca.
2 week EC, 2 week Clenbuterol
EC - 50mg ephedrine + 200mg caffeine.
Clenbuterol - taperin up and down. how ur going to taper? are u planning on taking taurine? how many weeks total will u be on clen?

ancillaries:

2. This guy also told me that I should limit the cycle to 8 weeks because the short ester. no real need to run super long cycles like test e cuz u get quicker effect from the prop but u could run longer. 8 weeks is fine for your 2nd cycle.
3. Is the dosage of test testosterone propionate ok? , I should take 100mg EOD or 120mg EOD? why such an odd dose of 120mg? 100mg eod will suffice. since u r trying to lose some fat and not really gain muscle i think u could get away with 50-75mg eod, just my opinion though.
4. Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - - is 40/40/20/20 ok? or 40/30/20/10?1st choice is good.

3. Do you suggest another method to take the EC and clen?

1. I didn't get you about the benadryl, why should I have to take anti-allergic medicine? like i said using ephedra will not help with ineffectiveness of clen as ephedra is a beta antagonist as well. clen is specifically a beta-2. u will want to know your body temperature on clen & eca throughout your cycle. when it returns to pre cycle levels this is when u truly want to take benadryl. but i find every 3rd week is an optimal time as to when this starts to happen. u take the benadryl for the beta receptor downgrade. Beta receptors are embedded in the cell´s outer phospholipid membrane. The stability of the membrane has a lot to do with the proper function of the receptors. Methylation of the phospholipids is stimulated by the binding of beta agonists to their receptors. Methylated phospholipids are foreign to the body, and when the body recognizes them as foreign, it breaks them down with phospholipase. This changes the structure of the outer membrane which results in desensitization of the beta receptors. On the other hand, agents that inhibit phospholipase A2 slow desensitization. Cationic ampiphylic drugs are known for their ability to inhibit phospholipase A2. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is a cationic ampiphylic drug.


2. Clenbuterol tapering up and down like this: 20-40-60-80-100-120-120-120-100-80-60-40-20. everyday u r going up 20mcg? do this every 4th day. there is also no need to taper down once u find your max dose.
3. Do you suggest another method to take the EC and Clenbuterol? u could just take EC (i would add aspiriin) all the way through by itself or clen all the way through by itself with the benadryl. is the 50/200 your dose of ec or is that how much u r taking ed
4. about HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - - how long should I take the HCG? (I'll limit the cycle to 8 weeks). if u wanna run it throughout your cycle just go ahead and do 250iu's 2X ew.
5. I'll go with 100mgs EOD.

About Clenbuterol, so I should do like this: 20-20-20-40-40-40-80-80-80-100-100-100 and stop? yep if that is the dose u can no longer handle sides or it is above 200mcg. whichever comes first.

Another thing, I'm sorry for bugging, but I still havn't got you about the EC/Clenbuterol.
How should I take them? 2weeks Clenbuterol after that 2 weeks EC isn't good? it is not that is good/bad. it will work well as long as u do the benadryl. the whole reason people started doing 2 weeks on/off off Clenbuterol with ec on the off weeks is bc Clenbuterol become ineffective at around 18 days due to receptor downgrade, so they thought taking the ec would give the receptors a break and go back on Clenbuterol in 2 weeks and all would be fine and dandy. not so. as i explained ephedra is a beta antagonist as well. so really it is like u never came off of Clenbuterol to begin with so the ineffecitveness will set in. in summary if u take the benadryl every 3rd week it wont matter if u take Clenbuterol straight through alone or ec straight through alone or a 2 week on/off of Clenbuterol and ec. all combinations will be effective because of the benadryl.

when i said every 3rd week i meant every 3rd week not just after clen. so change that to week 3, 6, 9, etc.

take 2. that should give u 25mg of Diphenhydramine HCI
